The Beavertail Mountain trail at night

This is a vertical first-person photo view of me on my bike with my head lights facing toward the rocky mountainside of the Beavertail Mountain Pass. The photo was taken at night. The moonlight is illuminating the mountainside and there are stars seen in the sky.I was surprised by how steep the sides were; it looked at tho there would be rock slides onto the road often. I also noticed that the sides of the mountainside were heavly eroded by water, which made me think that this section was under deep fast moving water.
